Regularly we have to open, close, open, close… just to allow us to log in on multiple devices. Then, there is no real “live” tracking- other than random 60 second videos. No rolling map, no audio, just a beta app in need of serious optimization before being sold to the public. Can we periodically use it to figure out where our vehicles are? Yes. Sometimes. The action board and image links are fixed. I see we can access HD FLEET from my Safari or Chrome mobile browser now which makes this iOS app just another way to access my Fleet information. The live camera option is available sometimes requiring you to first wake the system up from a desktop. The Alerts from the dashcam come in delayed and are once again problematic.
