It’s connected to my Fitbit and MapMyRun app and it doesn’t record my races. When I try to manually record them , it won’t let me put the correct date. It also doesn’t recognize the time change between our countries. If I don’t get my medal, I want my money back.

Started using this last year for 100 days running challenge & thereafter I have been working on different challenges all year, motivates me in keep fit my self during this covid time when gyms are closed. Thank you team.
