I purchased 1.0 and want that version. Took upwards of 20 minutes to even successfully purchase it, realizing afterwards that you’re paying $4.99 for quite literally nothing whatsoever. So if you are fine with watermarks, download the app, and then do not upgrade. The iPhone automatically applies HDR techniques to its photos when necessary. I was hoping to use this app to gain some control over the process but images taken with the app don’t look any different from regular iPhone images. Smartest HDR solution i’ve come across yet. In addition, the controls and UI are very intuitive. Free to try and £2.99 for watermark free exporting. Very highly recommended! ### 5/5 — Looks very promising *2020-02-15, version 1.3* While not having had the opportunity to really put this app through its paces it looks very promising. It picks up where Pro HDR X left off several years ago when it ceased being updated. This app allows the user to select 4 exposure points as opposed to 3 in HDR X. There are a few other features I have not had the opportunity to try as of yet but this is the only current HDR app that I am aware of the allows user selectable exposure points. This is hugely important as far as I am concerned when it comes to HDR. Hope this app sticks around for a while. ### 4/5 — Probably one of the more capable apps on the App Store. *2024-03-16, version 2.5.3* The big differentiator: app supports HDR bracketing of multiple images. You can import e.g. DJI drone images taken in +1, 0, -1 AE mode. You can sandwich jpg and dng files from Photos or Files. If they allowed to select groups of bracket images for auto sandwiching with predefined edits, such as ghost removal, and image adjustments like shadow enhance, and provided an iPad version, it would be 5 ***** stars all around ### 4/5 — One of the best HDR apps available *2022-05-03, version 2.4.0* Since fixing a crucial bug, this app has risen to the top of the game. Very few apps out there will allow me to use imported images from my drone or DSLR, but this one does. This combined with the ability to adjust both the HDR and it’s component LDR images makes this app useful to me on a daily basis. It’s only shortcoming is a lack of an iPad native version (as many imaging professionals are likely to have one these days), though that’s hardly an issue. ### 4/5 — Works well has small bug *2021-07-19, version 1.5* I purchased this app strictly to merge HDR photos. When attempting multiple merges the app crashes in between merges. When attempting to start a second HDR merge the app will close and kick you out. Aside from this inconvenient bug this app has been great. Merges look great and allows for in app editing.
