It doesn’t give a notifications when movement is detected and it does not keep a picture for later reference. I could not get it to remote record and all in all just an unsatisfactory experience. It simply doesn’t do what it say it does. The night vision feature is terrible. The best feature is the ability to adjust aperture in colour which gives moderate viewing in low light. Don’t waste your money. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Works really well! *2022-07-11, version 2.3.9* This is the second type of USB charger camera that we have bought and this one is by far the best. The previous one we had to send back (twice) as it was flawed (it was the one which looks like a standard Apple USB twin charger) Took less than 5 minutes to set up and as it was really quite easy, picture is great, motion detection is great and we get notifications as promised. I’ll have to go and buy a SIM card now. Recommended ### 3/5 — Keyboard bug! *2023-10-25, version 2.8.2* I can no longer set a recording length because of a bug with the keyboard. Recordings have to be set 7 hours ahead to record my Mountain Time Zone. Scheduled recordings don’t record. When trying to change default 5 minute clip to a number between 1-20 you can’t get to the Save yo make the change; it’s below the keyboard area. Missing a better user’s manual that should contain examples for settings. ### 2/5 — App crashes when watching recordings *2022-09-27, version 2.4.0* The app crashes when you’re watching recorded videos it crashes the whole phone. It turns the phone off and then turns back on. Every time you watch a recorded video it does this. sometimes you click on the icon.
