None of the photos will download and it was just really frustrating and confusing. I would not re-buy this and because of how much this camera was I was very disappointed. I thought we would have a great family camera, but turns out it’s just something that waste your money. Just keep scrolling through the camera menu until you find “APP user guide”. A QR code will send you directly to the download area. Once you’ve read the pdf, enabled wifi on the camera, and given permission on your phone or iPad, you can use this app to download your photos and videos to the app album. There you can choose which photos/videos you want to save to your iPhone/ipad photos.
