Setup took no more than 10-15 minutes. App works, Alexa works—I honestly couldn’t be happier. People complaining most likely need to follow the directions better. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unreliable, dated, clunky *2022-03-20, version 2.0.3* This is the worst smart home app I have. It doesn’t refresh the current temperature settings, it doesn’t work if you aren’t home, it constantly crashes and is inaccurate. It works about 10% of the time. Please, update this app to make it actually work… it’s terrible!! ### 1/5 — Impossible to use *2021-09-19, version 2.0.3* The instructions refer to actions that are not available either in its own app or are completely incorrect about what you should be doing to connect to a third party app such as Alexa in my case. It currently only shows set temperature. ### 4/5 — APP PROBLEM *2020-06-25, version 2.0.3* I just purchased a EAS70SE1 dehumidifier and down loaded your app to my iPhone 7. The app worked fine to control the machine but it affected the volume of my incoming phone calls. The volume was so low I was unable to hear callers. I rebooted my phone but the condition did not improve. I had to delete the app to correct the problem. UPDATE: After Apple updated the IOS software on my phone, I reinstalled your app and now everything works fine. Still don’t know exactly what caused the problem. I only rated your app with 4 stars because I would like to see more features.
