## What is Head Rub?

When your head is pounding and screens are everywhere, it's hard to know what to do besides wait it out.

Head Rub guides you through self-massage routines built for people who carry tension in their heads — migraine sufferers, screen workers, and
anyone whose eyes, temples, and jaw are tight and tired by the end of the day. No equipment, no appointment, no waiting room.

Each routine is voice-guided by a calm, unhurried narrator and paired with technique images that show exactly where to place your hands.
Choose from five routines — a 15-minute migraine practice, a 5-minute daily routine, tension relief, eye strain relief, and headache recovery. Pick what fits the moment. Your hands do the rest.

Head Rub is a wellness practice, not a substitute for medical care. If you're experiencing severe or worsening symptoms, please talk to your doctor.
