FIVE DRILL FAMILIES, BUILT ON SPORT SCIENCE
• Receive & Decide — scan while the pass travels in, then pick the best option as runs unfold around you
• Scan & Recall — the picture blanks at the moment you receive: where was the free man?
• Pressure Release — thread the through ball inside the onside window; too early or too late both fail
• Set Pieces — read the keeper's lean on penalties, beat the wall on free kicks, find the unmarked runner on corners
