User reviews

Seems Promising

I really appreciate such a detailed and professional response. Especially when my review was a little rude, and the only one you had. It’s rare to see that kind of customer service nowadays and it makes up for issues quite a lot. I’m glad that you are taking feedback into consideration and I look forward to where you take the app from here. 🙂

Needs a Lot of Work
The fact that the app has a place you can record light sensitivity but does not have a dark mode is honestly kind of hilarious. Also I don’t understand why an app with no ratings is allowed to have its tagline be “#1 Migraine Tracker & Diary.” Also semi-hilarious as it sits between 2 migraine tracking apps both with 4.8 stars. One with nearly 2,000 ratings, one with *37,000.* But sure, this is the #1. 🙄

Hi Biyxten, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our app hasn’t met your expectations. You’ve raised some very valid points especially about the lack of a dark mode, which we agree is an important feature for an app designed for people sensitive to light. This is already on our roadmap, and your review makes it clear we should prioritize it more urgently. As for the tagline, we appreciate you calling this out. We’ll revisit how we present ourselves so expectations better align with where the app is today. Our goal is to continually improve, and early feedback like yours is critical in helping us get there. We hope you’ll consider giving us another try in future updates, and we’d love to hear any additional suggestions you may have. Thank you again for helping us make the app better. UPDATE: We've added the dark mode a few days ago
