The app asked for phone or email to send a code. I had set up an account previously, but received no code to my phone and an error message saying my email didn’t exist. Then, when I tried to register a new account with my email, I received an error message saying I couldn’t do that because that email is already registered. Meanwhile, precious time is being wasted on the evaluation and treatment of a possible head injury in kid sport. I was really optimistic about this tool and how great it would be on game days, so this was really disheartening. ### 5/5 — Amazing resource. Every parent and sport associate should have this. *2024-03-20* My daughter banged her her with another child in dance. It seemed minor but within an hour she was vomiting. Using this app I was able to monitor her symptoms and ended up seeking medical assistance which determined she did have concussion. As they turned around I would see a lump the size of a golf ball on her head. The mother was getting into a panic and ask the restaurant for some ice, I grabbed my phone and immediately opened my HeadCheck app, walked over and introduced myself and said is it ok if I ask you a few questions, both were ok, went through all the questions and answers and by the end of the questions we were able to determine if she needed to go to emergency. The mum was so grateful for me being there and was able to keep her calm.
