## What is HeadHoncho?

HeadHoncho shows what your ad spend actually produced.
Not clicks. Not calls. Booked jobs, money collected, and what is left after the crew is paid.

Built for marketing agencies that run ads for home-service businesses, and for the businesses themselves.

THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES
You pay for the ads. Somebody else does the job.
The ad platform sees the click. The call tracker sees the call. Nobody sees the job or the money.
HeadHoncho joins all three, so every campaign gets a real number.

JOBS
A job tracker your whole team can use, with unlimited seats.
Every job carries its address, its window, its price and its status.
Edit in place. Assign a crew in a tap.
A new job reaches your phone the second it is booked.

MONEY
Log what was collected, by card, Zelle, cash or check.
Post the subcontractor's cut on their own payout terms.
Profit per job is derived from the ledger, live. Never a quoted price pretending to be revenue.

MARKETING
Connect your call tracking with a read-only API key. Two minutes.
Every tracked call is matched to the job it booked. Anything ambiguous waits for a human instead of being guessed.
See per campaign: booked jobs, revenue collected, profit after the crew.
Send matched jobs back to Google Ads as offline conversions, valued at what was really collected, so bidding chases revenue instead of call volume.

DISPATCH
A booked job goes out by text or WhatsApp to the right crew, with everything they need.
Their reply moves the job along. A photo attaches itself.
It stays off until you switch it on, and shows you what it would have done while it is off.

REPORTS
Money in, money out, what is left. Per campaign and per person.
Every panel exports to CSV.

GETTING STARTED
Nothing for the crew to learn. Import your job history from a file, or start on the built-in tracker and it becomes the system of record.
Free for 30 days. No card. Ten-minute signup.
Plans from $79 a month per business, unlimited seats on every tier.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-11

Always the newest HeadHoncho. The app now updates itself the moment an improvement ships, with nothing to download from the store.

See who you are waiting on. A job you gave to a sub says so until they confirm, so nobody sends it twice.

Connect your ad accounts from your computer. The app points you there, and everything else works right on your phone.

Your ad sources lay out cleanly on a phone, one section under the next.

Sign in the way you always have, with your password or with Google.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-08

See what a job actually made. Record the money in the order it arrives, and the bill beside it shows the working: what came in, what the parts cost, what the technician is owed, and what the company keeps.

Settle up in one press. Read everything a technician is owed across every job, close their bill against it, and hand over the sheet. A job you are not ready to pay waits for the next payment instead.

Open the job from anywhere. A ticket number in a table or a chart is a link to the job behind it.

Money fields take numbers, and nothing else.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-06

Work one client at a time. Every board narrows to the client you pick, and each one carries its own colour and logo, so you always know whose numbers you are reading.

Bring your history with you. Import jobs and money from Workiz, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall or a plain spreadsheet. Match your columns once and the next import asks nothing.

Filters you save and name. Build the view you keep coming back to, give it a name, and it is one tap from then on.

Tables you own. Sort and filter from any heading, and choose which columns you see and in what order.

Charts that can be read. Every bar now has a ruler behind it, so a number means something at a glance.

Also: a notifications bell for what needs you, your jobs on a map, and a reports catalogue you can open and export.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-01
