Page goes blank whenever you try to input age. PLEASE FIX THIS. This app would be so helpful if I could actually access it…..

Seems like I can’t get past the sign up page. When I try to enter an age, the screen goes blank with the background image and the input form disappears. Would be cool if it would work lol. Please fix
