設定アプリを開いて機器とペアりんして下さい。

ペアリングは完了していて音も出ている状況でアプリは上記の文言が表示され続け接続出来ずです。

去年YAMAHA系列のイヤホンを購入したけど、このアプリには対応してないって言われた。
説明書にこのアプリ入れろって書いてあったし対応機器にも入ってるのに全くもって使えない
アプデも何も無いならサービス終了した方がいいよ

TW-E7B를 저렴하게 구입할수 있어서 기대하며 사용해 봤는데, 일단 QCY보다 앱이 불편하다. EQ 변환하는데 차이가 거의 안느껴진다. 사용자 편의 기능이 하나도 없음…. 이 사업을 계속할꺼라면 기기 외적인 부분인 앱관리를 좀 해야할 것 같네요

iOS15 の時は機能していました。　iOS17 および18 では、画面は起動しますが、EP-e70a を認識しなかったり、認識しても設定内容が表示されません。　イヤホン側でアンビエント/オフ/ノイズキャンセルのボタンを押すとその項目だけ表示されます。しかし他の項目は表示されませんし、設定変更することも出来ません。
ファームウェアもバージョン表示されず、アップデートボタンをタップしても、正しく動きません。iOS15のiPhoneで最新化済みなので問題はないのですが、もし手元になかったら、と思うと嫌になりますね。
開発、販売が終わってもサポートは続けていただけると、メーカーとして信頼でき、今後も新たな製品を買おうと思いますが、このような放ったらかしをされると、メーカーに対する信頼を失います。
製品の品質、音質は気に入っているので、嫌いになりたくないので、ご対応いただけたら嬉しいです

追記
使える時も、あります。何がトリガーとなっているのか分かりません。取り急ぎ、今日は音楽を聴きながら操作してみたらできました。

iPhoneとイヤホン自体はちゃんと繋がっているにも関わらず何度初期化や再起動しても「お使いのデバイスはこのアプリに対応していません。」と表示され充電残量がわからず困ってます。
