I have successfully paired the earbuds via bluetooth but the app on iPhone & iPad still states “this app is not supported by your device”. I can’t change the earbuds settings because the app doesn’t see them.

TW-E7B를 저렴하게 구입할수 있어서 기대하며 사용해 봤는데, 일단 QCY보다 앱이 불편하다. EQ 변환하는데 차이가 거의 안느껴진다. 사용자 편의 기능이 하나도 없음…. 이 사업을 계속할꺼라면 기기 외적인 부분인 앱관리를 좀 해야할 것 같네요

yh-L700a 를 쓰는데 eq설정을 사용자화 가능하게 하거나 플랫한 소리를 듣게 해주는 프리셋이 있으면 좋겠네요

Please add parametric equalisation. Preferably with a good amount of bands, maybe even notch filters. 

These headphones are fantastic but the factory EQ is very bass heavy. I get it, people buy bassy headphones but there is no way of tuning them. 

Even better would be a “flat” EQ, Loudness EQ, etc and the ability to change it from there. 

I fell in love with your pro level gear, these headphones deserve the ability to be tuned.

This is a great app to control the setting of the headphones I just bought. However, now while I try to connect my headphones, a pop up message says “This app is not supported by your Device.” I downloaded the latest iOS (iOS 15) and it still gives me this message. Hopefully there’s a fix for this soon

Update 11/6/21: So I kept trying to connect these still but I wasn’t able to…until I changed the name of my headphones on Bluetooth to its default name (In my case, Yamaha YH-L700A). So to the developers of this app, this may be one of the issues that’s causing users not being able to connect their headphones to this app. Just a thought.

ないならないで全然困らないし。
あとレビュー欄に商品自体のことを書いている方がいますが無駄です。やめましょう。片耳しか認識されないとか言ってるけど完全ワイヤレスってそういうものなので。

iOS15 の時は機能していました。　iOS17 および18 では、画面は起動しますが、EP-e70a を認識しなかったり、認識しても設定内容が表示されません。　イヤホン側でアンビエント/オフ/ノイズキャンセルのボタンを押すとその項目だけ表示されます。しかし他の項目は表示されませんし、設定変更することも出来ません。
ファームウェアもバージョン表示されず、アップデートボタンをタップしても、正しく動きません。iOS15のiPhoneで最新化済みなので問題はないのですが、もし手元になかったら、と思うと嫌になりますね。
開発、販売が終わってもサポートは続けていただけると、メーカーとして信頼でき、今後も新たな製品を買おうと思いますが、このような放ったらかしをされると、メーカーに対する信頼を失います。
製品の品質、音質は気に入っているので、嫌いになりたくないので、ご対応いただけたら嬉しいです

追記
使える時も、あります。何がトリガーとなっているのか分かりません。取り急ぎ、今日は音楽を聴きながら操作してみたらできました。

App doesn’t recognised my paired my YH-L700As after the latest firmware update. Not a major problem as I can still use the headphones without connecting them to the app but that means I can’t use the equalisers or noise cancelling controls in the app

現時点でリリースから半年近く経過しておりますが、アプリバージョンは初期のころから変化しておらず、増える予定であると思われる空白だらけのメニュー画面は相変わらずスカスカです。
本体であるワイヤレスイヤホンは良い商品ですし特に問題もないので、ヤマハもそういう判断なのかもしれませんけど、何かしらのアクションがほしいのも確かです。
現状気になるのは、電話が掛かってくるとイヤホンだけでなくスマホ本体からも音が鳴ってしまうのは仕様なのかバグなのかどっちなんでしょう。（iOS13）
これは修正していただきたいです。
