Thank you for making the app so visually appealing. It’s user friendly, making it super easy for me to track progress.

### 5/5 — Headversity helped me be more resilient.

This app is great, especially with the added challenges of covid. It has helped me increase my tools to manage stress so that I stay mentally well.

### 5/5 — KE

Awesome interface and experience - very simple - and awesome tools!

### 5/5 — Very helpful

Simple to use platform. It has been a great asset for me. I have ADD and it was a great tool to use for my mental health.

### 3/5 — Adds to some of my stress…

*2021-08-11, version 2.1.1*

So the program has some issues with consistency so far. After a couple of days already I see that some quiz questions (required to answer yo move forward in a lesson) haven’t been mentioned in the previous video (which they say they are). And for the meditations - the 5 minute meditation is 2 minutes.

I know these are likely small glitches in an otherwise useful system (I can see how the program/app can be beneficial), but for a paid subscription app that is marketed to professionals, there should be some rigorous troubleshooting to ensure a professional and accurate product.

When I’m already stressed and looking to grow, my attention to all the details that are incorrect just adds to my stress and makes it more challenging to focus on the ‘lesson’ I’m meant to be absorbing.

### 3/5 — Good Content, Poor Design

*2021-05-09, version 2.0.1*

The content is really great. The lessons offer useful advice in a format that encourages learning.

Otherwise the usability and experience is really poor. There are a plethora of pathways and activities and lessons, and while it seems like there is a goal to get badges, there is no clear guidance on how to get those badges. There is an opportunity for daily checkins that are hidden on the fourth tab and no feedback given based on a checkin. There is really just so much going on and with all of it thrown on at the beginning, it gives the user no opportunity to progress and learn how the app is supposed to work. It’s really disappointing to see such great content be buried under poor design decisions. Hopefully this is improved in the future and the app provides a more fluid experience for people wanting to build healthy mental wellness practices.

### 3/5 — App crash

*2021-05-03, version 2.0.1*

App crashes multiple times in a minute during use, making operation quite difficult.

### 4/5 — Pretty good

*2022-10-25, version 2.4.3*

There are a lot of good modules in the app and it’s nice to have something with you that you can use for quick access, obviously not a therapy replacement or anything but it’s good for what it is

### 5/5 — Easy yet powerful

*2023-02-28, version 2.4.3*

The tools on this app have made a real impact on my day. It helps me deal with negative thoughts more effectively with quick but powerful tools. Best yet, they’re easy to build these habit and use these tools when I don’t have my phone on me. Looking forward to the others tools I’ve not tried yet! Bonus, some of these tools have been great for my daughter!

### 5/5 — My go-to!
