The guidance is more detailed. Ie headway will say now relax your body… headspace will say relax your body starting with your jaw, shoulders and so forth. I still tip this app over headspace for many reasons, so my only feedback right now is the meditation ### 2/5 — App is ok / hard to cancel *2026-08-23, version 394.6* Cancelled my subscription through the app but was still charged £39.99 at next billing cycle. Contacted support and was told that I also had an extra subscription for infographics (?) that was still active and I should have cancelled that too. Provides a nice mix of articles and self help guides in an easy format. There was a shipping error on one of my orders that took some time to sort through. Headway made sure to make it right and not only quickly corrected the issue but threw in a bonus product for all the trouble. I really love their stuff and having responsive Customer Service (especially these days) really shows the difference between well run companies and those that are not. I’m very thankful and appreciative for their team, product, and help! I didn’t not think much of it first and happily paid the small sum of money, however they did not send an e-mail to me like promised, and instead directed me to their app, after downloading, I was greeted with a mass amount of subscriptions and etc, which I cannot access my score without, trying to make me pay an extra £23.99, just to see my results!
