## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2 — 2026-10-21

Hello Headways Users, in update 1.2 we have multiple features to help you plan, route, and travel better. Here are the new features that we have implemented, as well as any features that we have improved.

We have implemented a new way to edit in-progress journeys and better see transfer information and faster routes. This will help you plan and master riskier transfers more confidently, as well as being able to modify existing journeys without some of the bugs that existed before.

Destination cards have been revamped, allowing you new ways to view your past rides, understand statistics, and look at where you have been and where more to explore.

With this comes a new way to calculate on time performance, being the time it takes over the calculated optimal for your journey, allowing you to beat estimates with better transfers, or see delays when something goes wrong. You’ll still be able to view vehicle delays from a new destination card.

Live activities, and visual queues in go mode will work better and more reliably to better support your travels. This includes more frequent updates, end-of-line understandings, and other UI/UX improvements.

Passport cards have gotten a complete revamp, as well as better ways to rank and view past statistics.

SFO tracking & SFO AirTrain performance have been improved. This improvement should be noticeably visible in older versions, with this new version bringing a better way to understand them.

Bike connections, and bike support throughout transfers and trips have been vastly improved in any measurable way. They are now supported throughout trips, and save data when finished, as well as provide better routing suggestions.

SFMTA will now have data about and for 2-car trains, and display the ends accordingly.

### 1.1 — 2026-10-14

We've completely redesigned the UI interface, added new ways to interact and see your past journeys and statistics, and have synced the design language with the website. We are excited to share this update with you!

### 1.0 — 2026-10-13
