Hagatha Cackles (Scary Witch) Hagatha is a bit of recluse, but she does come out around the Halloween season to add a little fright to any unfortunate wanderer traveling through Cackles Hollow. Now there are many horrifying stories being told around town about how she turns children into salamanders with one look, uses the bones of trespassers to construct flying brooms and that even the sound of her cackle will turn anyone’s hair bright white within seconds.
