### 1/5 — Impossible to navigate

*2026-09-29*

The app randomly logged me out, and won’t let me sign back in. Even when I hit “forgot password” to try and reset my password, it never sends an email (have checked junk/spam and have tried to reset the password over 20x)
There is no option to contact anyone or ask for help without being logged in. Now every time I have made purchases I can’t collect points. When I was logged in (months ago) there were often issues applying coupons or codes, so overall I am not a fan of this app and think HEAL needs to look into these issues

### 5/5 — Love Heal Food

*2026-08-25*

We love how fresh and delicious the bowls are.

### 1/5 — Charging me when I didn’t order anything

*2026-07-19*

I just put my card in and after 2 mins it charged me 1 dollar when I hadn’t ordered anything. 2 mins later it charged me another dollar. While that’s not a lot of money they still stole 2 dollars from me when I never ordered anything

### 1/5 — Coupon not working

*2026-07-09*

My coupon is not working!!!

### 1/5 — Bug with creating account

*2026-06-01*

When trying to create an account, the create account button is disabled even if I have all required fields filled in. Have attempted many times trying to sign up when going in store this week.

### 1/5 — Bad

*2026-05-24*

Bad service not taking orders no straws.

### 3/5 — No carrot juice

*2026-05-08*

I ordered a lovely drink smoothie but they informed me that there was no carrot juice :( so I doubled up on Orange juice .. now it just tastes like an orange juice smoothie. Meh!

### 5/5 — Warning!!

*2026-04-03*

Once you start adding Heal Smoothie bowls to your life it’s impossible to stop!! So delicious and a one stop for dopamine + protein + veg + fruit - all bases covered 💖

### 4/5 — Loyalty Points

*2026-03-10*

Love this place and love this app!
I just wish when you purchase through the app you could gain points on your loyalty card. I’ve ordered so many acai bowls through the app for pickup and didn’t gain any loyalty points.

### 5/5 — Phenomenal⚡️

*2026-03-05*

Beyond healthy convenient nutritious & a family hit⭐️
