When trying to create an account, the create account button is disabled even if I have all required fields filled in. Have attempted many times trying to sign up when going in store this week.

Slow and buggy. Adding in your credit card info manually is a pain. Should have scan card option. Charming from checkout screen not intuitive. Would love to see some UI improvements

When I downloaded the app it says I get $3 off on my next order on the app. Gives no code just says it will automatically apply. It does not automatically apply and went to the store and they had no idea how to give me the discount

I ordered a lovely drink smoothie but they informed me that there was no carrot juice :( so I doubled up on Orange juice .. now it just tastes like an orange juice smoothie. Meh!

Wish it wasn’t so painful to add a payment method. Autofill detection would be useful here similar to other brands or being able to use Apple Pay. 

Also I cringe when address information isn’t country specific. We don’t have zip codes in Canada. Again, autofill would have been nice to use here as well. 

Ordering was easy, but 25 minutes for ASAP is actually longer than me walking the one block and placing the order in person… maybe better real time information on whether your order is started or not.

Love this place and love this app! 
I just wish when you purchase through the app you could gain points on your loyalty card. I’ve ordered so many acai bowls through the app for pickup and didn’t gain any loyalty points.
