I have lived with back pain for most of adult life. I have read every book about healing your back pain, worked with countless physical therapists, tried every exercise fad that claimed to heal back pain, etc. I had gotten to the point of understanding that I would have to just live with back pain. That is UNTIL getting this app!!! It has literally changed my life! I feel stronger, more energized AND I finally can say I have little to no back pain. I am so grateful to have found this, a game changer!!! Couldn’t recommend more!

Amazing.. really has given me relief from my chronic back issues. I suffer with compression fractures on my back and this really helps relieve the pressure... love it!
