This should be explained somewhere. One thing that they could do to help this app function more smoothly. After it gives you the recommended programs they need a quicker way to get back to the program selection screen. Right now it takes too many clicks. Should be one click to get you back to select a different program. ### 4/5 — Stoped working after updates this week *2023-01-19, version 1.21.4* This is a very helpful app, I’m so unset it stopped working. It stopped working and thought reinstalling it would help, but now it won’t download again. 😭 ### 3/5 — Wonderful app…when it works! *2022-10-25, version 1.21.3* I love this app and the Healy device however, I have to delete and download a new version of it almost every day. It is time consuming and annoying. May be time for the company to upgrade…? Now I cannot find any of my previous clients and I can’t seem to get back to the master key mode. I rebooted my phone and nothing changed. How do I get back to the way it was before? ### 2/5 — This app needs serious work! *2022-06-07, version 1.20.4* I love my Healy but this app needs major improvements. It keeps connecting and disconnecting. In addition when I start using it I have to connect it manually as it doesn’t connect automatically anymore. This started happening last year in late summer after an update. Please fix the app soon and make it more reliable. ### 2/5 — This app makes me crazy *2022-04-21, version 1.20.4* When it works, it’s great. Problem is is doesn’t work at least half the time. Every few updates the update completes crashes the app and I can’t even use it. I have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times, losing my data in the process. It is so unreliable, I cannot believe they can’t do better than this. ### 2/5 — Why? *2022-03-03, version 1.20.2* Everything was working fine until this latest update. Now t takes several times for me to get a successful reading on my blue app. It just spins and says please wait. Also, my Healy is acting super glitchy now. What happened? It’s so frustrating to have to try four or fives times to get my reading. It used to take one try. Ughhhh...stop fixing things that aren’t broken. I wish I could go back to before the update. ### 2/5 — Chronic problems *2021-07-07, version 1.17.0* May 2021: For the last 3 months, the advisor app is intermittently functioning. When it works, it’s awesome! But when it isn’t working (which is way more often than when it works), I’m really unable to run any programs because I don’t know what my body needs. Please, PLEASE fix this problem. Otherwise I wasted my money. July 2021: the app is still not working… ### 1/5 — Absolutely won’t work *2021-06-18, version 1.16.8* App will not open, connect or work although I’ve jumped through all the hoops Healy has suggested and wasted hours. Clearly it’s an internal issue. Sending my device back because can not get app to work at all. ### 1/5 — App is not working *2021-06-15, version 1.16.8* Database went from 20+ programs to 0 on one of my phones and 3 on the other. Has been like this for months. I am constantly restarting it. Then the pink dot just drops the program in the middle of it or loses the labels and other things. The clip is also so fragile that it breaks easily. And Customer Service is not very responsive. Currently I can’t get into the database selection. I’m shocked at how little information comes with the device on how to use it and run programs. They say you are paying for the programs, not the device. Well, I’ve literally had the device for 24 hours, and the Bluetooth rarely works to connect to the app, the app has a blue screen several times per day, which means I have to delete and reinstall app every time. I’m completely appalled that a company charging so much money for a healing device/app has just way too many issues! As excited as Ali was to experience the healing frequencies, I am seriously considering returning this product. **Developer response:** Dear User, We are sorry about the issues you are having. Save your money! *2022-06-20, version 1.20.4* Whoever’s doing their development does not take the user into consideration! Just a few months ago the app was running differently and now I have to reconnect every single time I use this and it takes at least 3 to 5 minutes on top of that the analysis sometimes doesn’t come back at all or it takes 20 minutes to get a read out. For the money that I spent on this device I can’t for the life of me recommend it to anybody. It’s total crock and I’m so sad that I can’t get my money back. Hopefully the company will improve the app so that people who are actually having serious health problems won’t have so much frustration. I am very disappointed. I not recommend that. ### 1/5 — FRUSTRATION EXTRAORDINAR *2021-12-21, version 1.20.0* Find myself going in circles over and over and over. I’m on a very limited income, yet I invested in the most expensive Healy program. I would take my money back in a heartbeat to rid myself of one frustration in life. Excuse me while I go try and meditate to bring my blood pressure down and get passed the trauma. ### 1/5 — About ready to throw it off a bridge *2021-12-10, version 1.20.0* I bought this, first to help myself, and second to potentially add to my toolbox to help others. My body is less responsive to being hooked up with wires so this is the app I use the most, when I can. What an unbelievable crock this is… it causes more frustration than the healing that comes from it. And that is completely unacceptable when someone is going through health issues. I can’t even run one program without it getting stuck and having to shut it down and start over… sometimes multiple times to run ONE program. And each time, it never connects automatically… it has to be reconnected every single time. I have a session of programs I like to run for myself and I can rarely get through half of them because of the additional time it takes to get through these issues. Some days like today, I just give up. I am not certain if these are “app” issues, issues with the device itself or available bandwidth, but whatever it is, the app is the culmination of the experience so, here we are. I would never recommend this to anyone and I would definitely not in good faith be able to offer this “service” to clients. We should receive at least a partial refund, and this company should no longer be able to sell these devices, until these issues are addressed. If you’re considering purchasing this… DONT DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT!! ### 1/5 — Really great when it works *2021-11-24, version 1.20.0* Which is unfortunately about 10-15% of the time. It will encounter multiple different errors. This time it is unable to automatically connect to Bluetooth for the last 2 months so it has to search for it every time. And even once it’s found, some programs just spin infinitely without results. Sometimes I’ll run a program like ‘schuessler salts’ & it will spin while I make dinner or something & maybe when I’m done it will have spit out the results. Tried resetting, uninstalling/reinstalling. Getting help is a hassle. As far as I know u can’t just call someone & get help. I need to find my password… the link… submit ticket… wait. All just very cumbersome for the $2000 price tag ### 1/5 — “SUPER GLITCHY”/LACK OF TECH SUPPORT!!! *2021-10-23, version 1.19.1* What good is a device if you cannot get it to work and have no support to get it up and going!?!! This company needs to get its’ act together to command a $2400 plus price tag for it’s top line “cutting edge” technology. If there was ANY way to get a refund I would have dumped this product months ago, but I assumed incorrectly that this came with sufficient customer service support. I was dead wrong… BUYER BEWARE!!!! ### 1/5 — Unable to connect a lot of time, master key doesn’t work *2021-09-17, version 1.18.0* This app is very poorly constructed. It degrades the health science behind Healy, which is a big shame. For a pricy product that lists about $2500, it’s really no excuse not to fix the low-quality app and database problems. Lacking phone support for this pricy product with so many technical issues is also unacceptable. Healy needs better app engineering to fix connection issue, database error and broke. master key issues. The blue Healy Advisor Analyse app fails to connect a lot. It forces users to sign in and import the saved master key that doesn’t work (ie users would lose all clients profiles and have to key in again). When your phone rings, the whole app gets disconnected and lose the whole progress, which needs immediate improvement. Otherwises, users need to buy an additional mobile phone just to run this app (that’ll cost another usd $500 - $1k or more, that adds to the cost of using Healy). ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Excellent App! *2023-07-26* To those of you new users.. this App is strictly for ascertaining what’s needed in your energetic field.. you can only “vibrate”chosen selection which is helpful if you do not have the program in your personal device. You must close this program out completely, if an iPhone user swipe up gently and see all the open programs then swipe up each one to close them. Then you can go to you pink dot app and choose and run programs from the top 3 highest % on the analysis. I take screen shots to remember then choose.. it’s a great app if you know how to use it! Don’t get frustrated reach out to your sign up person for help or you can always do customer support at HealyUS 😀 ### 5/5 — Best scanning app ever! *2023-02-08, version 1.21.4* This is been so much help for me and I use it every day! Is capabilities are so amazing! It looks like it was updated about two months ago, and I wish there could be something fixed, because sometimes when I go to do a scan, it won’t show the separate program I want to scan (for example sleep) it’ll give a blank page. Sometimes I can still scan other programs but this morning I couldn’t. This morning I X’ed out of the app completely since I’ve used it so much, got back on in that fixed it.
