Опцията да поръчам от аптека, която работи с вас е супер, само че...5 дена водя разговор с госпожата през чата, за да разбера как да поръчам, имат ли аптека в моето населено място и т.н подробности, които ме са предварително или поне не видимо обяснени в приложението. 5 дена. Пълен абсурд. Освен това да поръчвам лекарства по куриер от София е тъпо малко. Заплатих онлайн консултация, като в профила беше посочено „обичайно време за отговор 1–2 часа“. Получих отговор чак след около 10 часа, когато вече не ми беше необходим. Поисках възстановяване на сумата, но ми беше отказано с аргумент, че лекарят все пак е отговорил. За мен това е подвеждащо представяне на услугата и незадоволително отношение към потребителя. Не препоръчвам платформата. ### 1/5 — Avoid! *2026-04-17, version 26.4.8* Doctors use this to simply tell you to come into the office, charging you absurd amounts for that “advice”. The app claims no control over payments and won’t help with the issue. A waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs. Oh, and support doesn’t even bother to respond. And they replied to my review that it is expected. IMO the doctors should not be allowed to charge 50lev simply to say “continue what you’re doing and see a doctor” it’s a rip off ### 1/5 — Не се издават фактури и амбулаторни листове *2026-03-17, version 26.3.4* Платформата предлага отдалечен разговор с лекар след заплащане. Но нито лекарят, нито платформата предоставят фактура за услугата. След консултацията с лекаря не се предоставя никакъв официален документ - амбулаторен лист или документ/репорт, а само препоръка в чата в апликацията. Платформата отказва издаването на фактура, а лекарят изисква още едим преглед на място, за да издаде амбулаторен лист. Ако имате допълнителна застраховка практически няма възможност да получите парите си от застрахователя тъй като целият преглед е недокументиран - финансово и медицински! ### 1/5 — Not useful at all *2025-12-14, version 25.12.7* I deleted the app. Had two online conversations with doctors but they are just answering generally and vague without any real value and not really putting the effort to help the person who paid money to talk to them. The time for reply was postponed twice by me hoping the extra time would help me get my answer. I never got refunded for that. Delete App. OK. ### 2/5 — Chat with doctors doesn't work *2023-05-24, version 5.33.0* For me the main function of this app does not work. Wherever I want to start a chat, I pay, and then it still gives me to pay, but this time there is a red header above with a sign "There is a problem retrieving the data". Without the app this might have taken a week or two. I love the service!
