It is horrible. Since the last upgrade, it’s not updating that I do my reading every day, but I do. It takes FOREVER to read my vitals and you can’t keep listening to music or podcasts while doing the readings. Needs so much improvement. ### 1/5 — Ugh *2024-02-23* It keeps saying disconnected!! When it does connect at 10am I have only been awake 1 hour so I can’t answer the questions accurately because I haven’t had any activity except drinking my coffee. It never updates the questions so that it shows finished. Very frustrating as I don’t know if my dr office is actually getting everything. They asked me to update through a message. I’m like, it is up to date. Fix the app already! If your to cheap to update then maybe Apple should remove you off the store. And if you miss a day or are later than usual recording your info, get ready for the messages. This app has GOT TO GO!! My opinion? It’s a scam so Healent can get $$ from the insurance companies for the little machines. No wonder medical costs are soooooo high.
