We are excited to announce the latest release of HealerPass v8.2! This update brings a range of new features and resolves several issues that will enhance your experience with our app.

New Features:

- Automated Payment Receipts: With this new feature, customers can easily keep track of their payments and receipts. Our automated payment receipts provide a seamless and professional experience, and our support team is always available to assist you with any queries or concerns.


Resolved Issues:

- Resolved an issue where rating notifications were not being properly delivered to users. You can now send feedback to the provider as intended.
- Resolved an issue where progress note emails were not being sent. This ensures that practitioners and their clients have access to important updates about their treatment.

HealerPass app version 8.1:

New Features:

- Notification Inbox: Access all notifications in one place and manage them easily. You can mark them as read, delete them, or     categorize them. Interact with notifications, such as responding to messages or taking specific actions. The notifications included are:
     - Booking Requests
     - Confirmations
     - Cancellations
     - Marketing In-app
     - Promo Discounts Notifications
     - Reminders

Fixes:

- Location Required: Users cannot process bookings without entering the location for the service.
- Personal Notes: Providers now receive personal notes from users in SMS booking requests.
- Provider Rating Screen: Updated message from "Thanks for your appointment" to "Thank you for your feedback."


Other Changes:

- Deactivated Chat Feature: The chat feature has been removed from the app. Chat icon has been removed from homescreen, and chat functionality has been deactivated from the production environment.
- Chat Removal Alert: Users are notified about the removal of the chat feature via a pop-up tab.

Introducing the latest version of the HealerPass app! We’ve added new features to make your experience even better. 

     1. Service length: You can now easily see the duration of each service in the service tabs and/or service descriptions. This will help you plan your appointments more efficiently.

     2. Promo codes: We’ve added the ability to add promotional codes for discounts on the payment confirmation screen. These codes will help us create discounts by provider, service,       or by main category, such as medical or wellness. You will benefit from price discounts or percentage discounts for even more savings.
