I can’t get my test result and it been days. It simply spins unconnected for a half hour trying to find itself… only to tell me they can’t locate the data that they had just texted me was ready. Obviously, it’s a rotten platform. Otherwise why wouldn’t they offer us a simple straight forward platform where patients could easily just get their results. I don’t think there was ever any intention of providing me with answers.
