Seriously the best worst app and testing service ever.  I can’t get my test result and it been days.  What’s the purpose of even using their service when I can buy a free test and do it in minutes at home.

This is one of the WORST apps I have ever tried using. It simply spins unconnected for a half hour trying to find itself… only to tell me they can’t locate the data that they had just texted me was ready. Obviously, it’s a rotten platform. Unfortunately, I don’t expect to EVER receive the results of the COVID test they asked me to take. It’s all a SCAM. Otherwise why wouldn’t they offer us a simple straight forward platform where patients could easily just get their results. I don’t think there was ever any intention of providing me with answers. They just wanted to charge Medicare for doing nothing.

i get a text from lab worq saying “your test results are here” then download app and it just spins and spins. this is after i gave them all my personal info including health insurance info. this HAS to be a scam there’s no way someone would launch an app that i and everyone else is the reviews is saying is such garbage. i’m going to report to the better business bureau.

i get a text saying "youre results are here" then i download the app, and it just spins and spins. apparently im not the first person this has happened to. do not use this app. they take ALL your personal info including health insurance info and then its a dead end.

Says email in use which is me. Can’t just log in , get caught in a loop to nowhere with no test results. Pitiful web design

ignorant designer , your staff leads us to use site instead of app . now app is in loop telling me a user is registered with that number or email. well thats me idiots . no where on your app can you just log in. 
so now i cant get my results. 
do better next time , train better .
