Simple and well-made app outlining some basics of Tibetan Buddhism to help the spirit of a loved one in the next phase of their journey. I found it very helpful for me and, I hope, for a very special friend

This is a beautiful guided meditation that helps you find peace and a way to help your loved one - and yourself - after someone you love dies. I was very agitated after s close friend’s death and it helped calm and center me. You don’t have to be a Buddhist to benefit. Profound.
