After not using the app for a few weeks, I tried to log back in and was unable to access my account. My subscription is paid through November, yet it’s prompting me to sign up and pay again. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a way to contact customer service directly to resolve the issue. As a result, I have paid for a subscription which I currently cannot use, which has been very frustrating and feels like a waste of money.
