In my experience, this platform is definitely not worth the exorbitant rate for professionals to join. I have had 0 interest generated from heal.me, not even website traffic. They clearly spent a lot of money attracting professionals, charging excessive rates for what is provided, and not done anything to attract clients to book said professionals. The app itself is ‘ok’ on the practitioner side. I cannot modify my schedule from the app, like I can from the website, or add or edit any services. The inability to modify my schedule is a HUGE negative for me because I book on multiple platforms and I like to track what’s working and what’s not. I cannot block space on heal.me from bookings off another platform, or even my own website, from this app. It’s almost useless other than to verify what I have booked through them, which is nothing anyways. On their website, they have individual pictures by services but then you cannot edit those individual pictures. They are just randomly there and there is no matching the photos to the correct service. It’s very silly and unprofessional. Overall, it’s a fantastic idea but right now, heal.me is nothing more than just that - a fantastic idea. ### 5/5 — Amazing! *2023-12-23* Wow, it has never been this easy to find and book with a wellness practitioner! Regulated and unregulated professions are listed together, and the distinction is not clearly explained, making it difficult to understand what qualifications a practitioner actually has or what standards they are held to. A majority of the professions listed on the platform appear to be unregulated or not subject to state licensing. I also have concerns about review transparency. In my experience, negative feedback was not reflected publicly. I have seen reports and indications suggesting that critical reviews about the company may be removed or are not consistently visible, raising concerns about whether the review system provides a complete and accurate picture. Taken together, this may result in users making decisions without full visibility into practitioner qualifications or client feedback, which is especially concerning for health-related or sensitive services. ### 1/5 — Save your money, don’t use this platform *2025-09-16* This app is nothing more than a scam dressed up as a “service.” They’re trying to squeeze three grand out of people for a glorified website that anyone could whip up in minutes on Replit, Lovable, Bolt, or Cursor with a single prompt for less than 100 bucks. The product itself is a joke—when you log in, it still displays “login” at the top like some half-baked template. My reiki clients hated the experience, and honestly, so did I. The sales pitch was even worse. The rep came across like a strung-out drug addict desperate to close a deal with a same day offer, this is not a sequoia company and I wouldn’t be surprised if they go belly up This year . It felt shady from start to finish. I’ll stick with Jane or Mindbody until someone open-sources a prompt that nukes this so-called business into irrelevance. ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work *2024-06-27, version 2.0* App asks for my phone number and sends a verification code, but doesn’t load/do anything after I enter it… 🤔 ### 1/5 — do not use if you're a practitioner *2024-05-21* please do not get scammed by this company as a practitioner, you are not guaranteed clients but they'll definitely tell you you will get clients fast and repeat clients, it's all a lie. highly overpriced membership, $2,222 (AND RISING) lifetime membership price... do the math. you can offer your services on much cheaper membership places, do not do this. if you are within your first 30 days of membership you can get your money back. they don't care about you I promise. fake spiritual people too, demonic energy. ### 1/5 — Scam artists *2024-01-23, version 1.0.18.4* This “company” tricks practitioners into paying lots of money for services that will never be provided. This company is beyond corrupt, don’t support them. ### 1/5 — PRACTIONER BEWARE *2023-03-20, version 1.0.15* This website steals money from practitioners (and apparently members too - see review below about pending class action lawsuit) and is unethical, shady and scammy. I have been overcharged, refused refunds and basically swindled and taken for a ride. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE. Heal.me is not a place that cares about holistic anything. They are out for your money and that’s it. ### 1/5 — It’s a scam *2023-03-15* This app promises a lot and delivers on none of it. The founders and sales people are trying to get you to pay for their app development costs. They promise access to 500,000 users seeking care. That’s not active users. That’s your client list uploaded to the tool. You can’t activate your profile until you upload your list. You also can’t upload or save changes to your profile, because it’s constantly glitching. You can’t access much from mobile, but the desktop isn’t much better. They promise search results based on targeted SEO terms you select for your profile. Not true. Don’t get caught in this scheme. ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE APP! *2023-02-26, version 1.0.15* So many glitches. No rhyme or reason for search options. Customer service is a joke. Practitioners, Beware. Not worth the money!! ### 1/5 — Worst App *2022-11-29, version 1.0.13* Horrible app doesn’t work, double charges clients, company tried to charge me annual fees of $380 a separate 27 times over the past 30 days. Class action lawsuit pending with 750 former members who had money stolen by this company for zero return. ### 1/5 — Zero stars!!! *2022-10-31* I have downloaded and deleted this app almost ten times because although I’ve paid 2/3 Ed’s of my yearly subscription ( almost 400$) all I see when I get into my app is a blank white screen with nothing else to do but close the app. Can’t check appointments or do anything for that matter !! Not the case at first but I’m angry to say the least! Highly recommend for anyone looking for vetted, high-quality practitioners! ### 5/5 — SEO makes it worth the switch *2026-02-06* I wasn’t sure about this because I knew that there were certain things they’re still working on such as gift certificates, customized, texts, and promotional emails, however, I found solutions for those on the short term as they are bringing these services online, and the SEO integration that they put the majority of their focus on, made it the most worth it to make the switch to heal me. I really appreciate how their website is so simple, granted there’s some things that I wish that it did, but the fact that I can post a video and show the quality of my services now is helpful. I wish they offered blogs and other content photo posting sizes but for now this is getting me noticed. I like their photo shoot as well. It makes things feel like I’ve really launched a professional business. The customer service also is another thing that makes it very worth it. I it just seems like they are doing better at a one click booking option in comparison to Massagebook. Conversions are going better.
