The order shows as “delivered,” but I never received it. I emailed support and called the number provided, but got no response. Very disappointed. Daily you are suggesting me how to raise my baby. From the delivery of my baby I’m using Healofy. It helped me from intially like how to increase my breast milk , what type of diapers should I use for my baby, knowing about milestones of babies, later what type of solid foods can give to my lil one, especially questions/ doubts and answers form the doctors etc. In one word you are suggesting me like my mom. In that I showed you are subscribing Labour and Delivery master class + Healofy GOLD membership for lifetime. But after the payment is made the subscription was not active so I had to contact customer care where they had activated only Labour and Delivery master class. Again contacting with customer care they activated GOLD membership. So it was a week by the time of subscription and activation. Now the GOLD membership is again expired, on contacting customer care they are denying it. Then why the hell they mentioned for lifetime???. Pls don’t believe this APP. Somehow after I correctly entered my LMP date, the app showed my gestational age 2 weeks ahead. And my gold membership also went 2 weeks ahead which i could not use anymore and was utter waste of my money. There is no means of communication with the customer care to get these issues resolved. I want to have a connect with my baby in my mother tongue and they don’t even have the option to change the language in the videos. I raised this to the support team and even dropped multiple follow up emails, still no response not even an acknowledgment. All symptoms and confusions were so well explained . I ordered several products as well at good deals . I delivered my beautiful baby boy this feb and now it’s an emotional goodbye to this app but I had to post this review. If you are pregnant please use Healofy app . Also, there baby’s cloth, toys and product are of top notch quality with Superfast shipping within a day. Also, I would like thank Shipra (Customer support team) when I had issue with one of my delivered ordered, I contacted Healofy support and Shipra placed a new order immediately. I have never seen any issue being resolved within one min. I some how got to know from Instagram about this app and it’s actually the best one. My baby is now three months and still I am referring this app about the growth as per age of baby, Dadi ke nuskhey, Chat support with all other Mothers, doctors. Products are also best and I am in love with maternity kaftan, stretch marks cream and lacto granules just started, breast pads are of best quality. I am writing all these as these are my personal experience and want all other mothers to refer this app who actually are clueless during pregnancy and lactating period. One drawback is I am unable to upload my profile picture and cover page , raise it to fix the concern. Still it’s same.
