The interfaces are cluttered and clunky, and somehow they manage to provide too much information and also not enough? I did successfully send a message to a provider but the response was provided via email and text, which I can’t respond to. So I would have to draft a completely new message and hope whoever is on the other end has access to my message history. Billing statements show conflicting totals (if you can view them at all). You are also going to be spammed with notifications about every little thing. I’m talking multiple push notifications, emails and text messages, with seemingly no way to modify the settings at all. Honestly the whole experience feels a bit sketchy. It’s giving vibe coded, and I don’t love the idea of this service having all of my health and personal info. Unfortunately with it now being the only patient “portal” available for my provider, I guess I’m stuck with it. But if I have to choose between using the app and calling the office, I’ll call the office. ### 3/5 — Just OK *2026-08-24, version iOS 7.6.5* I like Mychart better. I can’t figure out how to change the dosage on one of my medication’s. There’s a notification on the ‘Visits’ tab and when I click on it to look at my upcoming appointments, it says I have no portal accounts linked even tho I see messages from my doctor’s office. It’s so hard to navigate and is always having issues. It goes back and forth from the app to the website, makes you create a brand new password every time an account is added, doesn’t give you autonomy to maneuver your own accounts, and has no organization when you have multiple practices on your account. I’ve linked the provider office and when I click on anything at the top wheel, it says I must like a portal account. Ok, I thought I just did but fine. I link it again, it wants me to find the doctor, which I do with no issues. However, when I go to click on the doctor name…nothing. It doesn’t let you click on any doctor’s name. This app is useless and does not work.
