You only get 3 free minutes every once in a while to talk to them and they can take awhile to respond. Some don’t really answer your questions during the live chat. I had some where I sent a question and they never responded. I can’t log into the app anymore since yesterday. It keeps telling me “account anomaly” I can’t contact support either. I just checked and it looks like the web page doesn’t exist or they were hacked. Months later and now getting a response back from them that the bug had been fixed. It continues to say “account anomaly” I just want to have my account deleted. The AI reader was freezing mid sentences and took my coins but they claim it doesn’t. This app isn’t the greatest. I reported this to the app and the app just said, we sent a warning to the advisor. Nothing was done though. This is not a safe app, there are no standards or ethical guidelines for their advisors to go by apparently. If there are, then why aren’t they being held to higher standards especially when it comes to things like sending photos? Advisors should never be asking for these types of photos and the fact that this app did nothing speaks volumes.
