Why am I sharing my data if I have to manually enter it into challenges anyways? You'd think 10k steps and 18 miles of biking in a day would count for something but nope, worthless unless you go out of your way to enter manually, daily to a challenge.

Everyone I’ve spoken with at Health Advocate always sounds extremely agitated that you are calling. Had someone be very sarcastic to me when I asked what I guess was a stupid question? Extremely unpleasant and I’d rather just deal with insurance on my own, which is really saying something.

There are flaws with the functionality of the Health Advocate app! For example, when working through a workshop there are embedded links in the chapters. Quite frequently when you click on the link it takes you to a webpage for more resources. However when you want to go back to the workshop to continue reading the chapter there is no return button. The only way back is to delete the app altogether. Very frustrating!
