## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Total Fail

*2019-09-04*

Won’t recognise event ID. There’s an option to scan a QR code but absolutely no QR code to be found on ID badge or in the programme.
Unable to access the agenda or anything else for that matter on the app.

Would be interesting to know how much resource was put towards building and setting this app for this two day event. Absolute fail

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2019-09-04*

It doesn’t work as you need to add an event is which doesn’t exist.
Also needs a QR code to log in from program.

### 1/5 — Absolutely pointless

*2019-09-04*

“Enter your event name or ID”

What event name? What event ID? Scan what QR code?

### 1/5 — Event ID

*2019-09-04*

Doesn’t recognise ID or barcode, so useless.

### 1/5 — Poor registration process

*2019-09-04*

As others have already mentioned, what is the registration process about?? I’ve only just installed the app for 2019, as the 2018 version is no longer in use, so there really shouldn’t be any doubt about which NHS Expo in Manchester during 2019 that I’m attending.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2019-09-03*

Really poor UX for an innovation event. No event ID. No bar code to scan. Pretty much unusable

### 1/5 — Fail!

*2019-08-30*

First question asked .... Type in your Event ID to get started

1. What is the event ID?

2. Why does a dedicated event app need an event ID?
