Been using the app for a couple of years with no problems.  Bought the latest magazine yesterday but all pages out of sync. Deleted and re installed app to find I can’t access any of my previously bought magazines and the only way to access is to buy a years subscription????

I paid for a one year subscription to this magazine, and short after the app would tell me my password was wrong when it was not.. there was no where on the app to do a new password. I try for 4 weeks to contact the compay pocket magazine they never got back to me. I then had to contact Apple to turn off the auto renew of the subscripiton.. The company took my money fast enough but never gave me the time of day when I had a problem with the magazine not working..

Totally agree. Mine has done it constantly. I deleted app and re installed which allows u to download but now app is constantly crashing. Email support I've done this again but not heard anything back from them yet

As the new magazine came out the app has stopped working. Just get a blank screen and nothing loads.  I don't want to delete as I have purchased many magazines, which I currently get to. What do I do?

You have pay for subscription. If I had money I would pay but I don't so I won't.  Please don't put free if it's not. You are wasting our time. Good mag though.
