Ich verarbeite die Daten in Excel. Ein echtes Problem ist es, die Kommunikation zwischen QRing, Apple Health und Health Auto Export hinzukriegen ohne das Bewegungsdaten vom IPhone mit einfließen. Man muss an vielen Schrauben in Apple Health und Auto Export drehen bis es dann irgendwann klappt. I’ve tried with 3 different options (iCloud,etc), and it does not work. Works manually. After the 7-day trial, the “Continue with free tier” button was grayed out and unusable in my experience, leaving no way to access even the limited free features without paying. The developer responded by claiming the App Store description “very clearly outlines what is included in each tier” and that exporting is not free. While there is a pricing section that lists the tiers, the critical details are buried far down the page: the free tier contains nothing related to exporting health data, the core purpose of the app. The prominent screenshots, preview images, and even the app name heavily emphasize data export and automation — yet the free tier offers only widgets. It is effectively a 7-day trial of a paid export tool, with the limited free features mentioned almost as an afterthought. This is still misleading for anyone expecting even basic free export capability, especially when the “continue with free tier” option becomes unusable after the trial. The developer’s tone in their public response was dismissive and condescending, including the claim that I “never even bothered to simply tap the button” and that “there is literally no one else misunderstanding this.” A clear pattern exists in other negative reviews where the developer responds with similar dismissive and condescending language — repeatedly accusing users of not reading the description or guides, blaming “misconfiguration” or “misunderstanding,” and questioning their competence rather than addressing the reported problem. There is literally no one else misunderstanding this. The continue button for the free tier is not disabled. This point suggests you never even bothered to simply tap the button. Edit: The tone of the response is reflective of the fact people will take time to write negative reviews but refuse to take time to read important details that are either explained in the app description or in the app instructions, or seek clarification before making false claims. Instructing others to read other reviews while having not read the app description is ironic. You are claiming something is hidden that is in plain sight. An expectation here to have the core functionality of the app for free is…out of touch? Do you work for free? It is outlandish to believe that the time and effort someone else puts into what they do should be all given away to free. We all have bills to pay. I’ll take a fair review but this review is certainly not fair nor correct and I will point this out. Das hat auf dem iPhone ca. 1h gedauert. Diese Daten wurden auch über iCloud mit dem MacBook synchronisiert. Auf dem Mac zeigt die App für Januar bei egal was aber immer nur einen einzigen Wert an, wobei in Apple Health für jeden Tag im Januar mehrere Werte stehen. Ich probier mal eine andere App… **Developer response:** Ich würde noch einmal auf die Bedeutung des Verwendens des Chat-Supportkanals hinweisen, der zur Bereitstellung von Hilfe verfügbar ist, und sorgfältig die Dokumentation zu lesen. This is a one way export - and you can easily do that on your own using claude. This DOES NOT export data out of other sources (i.e. Garmin) into Apple Health. Also, if you don’t pay it works for a couple of days only. I flagged it as dangerous to Apple. **Developer response:** Hi, please take time to verify the things you claim. 1. The companion app is developed by the same developer—me. This claim is completely false. 2. The companion app is required because Apple Health data is only available on iPhone/iPad, so the data must be synced to Mac from another device. There is no other way to get the data on Mac other than by first retrieving it on iOS. This is explained in the app and in the setup information. 3. The privacy policy is the same for both apps. You have not taken time to actually find the correct information and are simply making a false claim. 4. I have no interest in stealing anyone’s data. Could you honestly at least put a bit of effort into fact-checking your own statements before writing a review. It’s the bare minimum. Nothing you wrote here is remotely true. The developer was responsive to an issue I had and put out a quick fix. I contacted them using the form rather than screaming about a minor issue with a bad review. I don’t normally write reviews for apps but after reading the reviews here I felt that I had to. Most of the 1-3 star reviews are complaints about the app not doing something it never claimed to do, or being upset that the developer charges money for additional functionality. The entitlement is mind blowing. I’m not a fan of subscriptions but the dev also offers a reasonable one-time payment for an app with a small user base. It exports my health data every day using a webhook to sync to my Home Assistant instance. I can export to CSV. It allows me to take my health information out of the Apple ecosystem in the format that I choose and then analyze it in the way I want. It gives me both control and granularity over my data. The developer is responsive when contacted through the correct channels. Try the app for yourself. It has been a great purchase for me and if you’re willing to spend two minutes reading instructions, it will probably be a great purchase for you too. **Developer response:** Thanks for your review and honest input.
