This app will, raise your hopes and then, shatters it leaving you devastated and even more frustrated. The upon opening your health data backup export zip in the app, you'll be greeted with a "health data found do you want to import" yes/no pop up. Selecting Yes will display a "Ready" and a "check mark" and then, nothing happens. You'll be left wondering if it worked but it didn't and you'll realized that you've just been, "Scammed". (No import progress bar appears like in the screenshots and health app will still be empty) ### 1/5 — Not working for me *2016-04-24, version 1.1* I was hopeful that this would allow me to restore my years of health data to a "new iPhone". I have attempted to import data. This app "exports" my data to somewhere - I hope it's yo a safe place - but at the end just shuts down and does not allow me to e-email anything. The exported Health data zip contains many files but my unzip application is requesting a password to unzip the files. I have tried my Apple ID password, but that doesn't work. What password do I use to access be exported data within the zip? Please help. I'm happy to update my rating once I receive support or updates are made to the developer's website to address this question. This worked perfectly. ### 5/5 — Worked Perfectly *2019-11-05, version 1.1* Used an old handset to export health data from. Airdropped the file to my new device and it automatically synced the data. This filled in a 6 month gap left my backup. So after some searching I found this app and it worked just like it said it would. Saved me from doing another backup and restore which is great because I've been using my new phone for a little over a week and didn't want to lose the new stuff I had put on and have to reload it after restoring from my old phones backup just to get health data. Thanks guys. ### 4/5 — It works but doesn’t let you know *2020-01-23, version 1.1* I was able to airdrop my health data to my new phone and open in this app without issue. The only downside is that the import seems to take time to be displayed on your health app etc. So you might think nothing is happening. A message to the user informing them that this process is running and to have them periodically refresh health/activities apps, would make for a nicer user experience. ### 4/5 — It works but has issues with lots of data. *2016-09-26, version 1.1* I have a lot of HealthKit data. This app crashes if you have a lot of data. You can work around this by restricting what data the application is allowed to see through the HealthKit app. A user shouldn't have to do this - kind of a fail for the UX. Other than that the app works flawlessly. This is rated 4 stars not because the app is good, but because the competition is so bad. This is by far the best of a bad bunch of apps. Also... the developer is supposed to be primarily a user interface designer, couldn't you have not made the export icon have the arrow going out of the heart? ### 3/5 — works *2016-12-25* it works, following were my steps: - install this app on both phones - on the old phone, use the export function of the app to export health data - email the zip file to your self - if the zip file is too large to email, save it onto a cloud drive - on the new phone, use this app to open the zip file ### 3/5 — Great idea but crashes *2016-11-03, version 1.1* Great idea but crashes before you can export data. I tried several times, and it still crashed when compressing data. After that I changed health app read/right setting to minimize export data kinds, and then it worked. After several times trial, I could export and up to about 80MB of my health data. My iOS version was 10.0.2.
