My favorite aspect of this app is its encouragement to be aware - of your body, what you’re putting in it, what conditions you’re putting it in…and how that correlates to how you’re feeling mentally.  You start to SEE the patterns and connections, allowing you to make changes and fine-tune some pieces of your life to just…feel better.

It’s a very easy and convenient way to keep track of my health and habits! I thought it was extremely useful, simple to use, and really easy to understand. Can’t recommend enough!!
