## What is Health?

Health-Companion is a heart rate detection application that can detect heart rates by simply covering the camera with your fingers.

Health Companion has a heart rate measurement function, open the application, enter the measurement page, cover your fingertips with the camera, and start measuring your heart rate. Health Companion also has a blood pressure and blood glucose recording function, where you can input your blood pressure and blood glucose parameters and compare them through a parameter table to check if you are within the healthy range.

Usage ： 
When entering the measurement page, the phone's backlight will be turned on. Cover the backlight and camera with the same finger and wait for a few seconds to start the measurement.

The pulse rate measured by this application is not intended for medical purposes, it is only used for fitness purposes and provides general information on interest rate detection.
