## What is رفيق صحتي | Health Companion?

Health Companion (رفيق صحتي) brings your whole health day into one app — your data lives on your device and is kept in your account, following you to your other devices.

What you track
• Nutrition: meals with calories and protein from your own food list, from a photo, or by voice.
• Water: a daily goal computed from your weight and activity, with reminders that know what's left.
• Supplements and medications: dose times and reminders, logged with a tap or right from the notification.
• Intermittent fasting: timer, stages, and what's allowed while fasting.
• Workouts: your routine and an exercise library, on a weekly schedule or a day cycle.
• Sleep, vitals, weight, body fat and lean body mass.
• Adjunct treatment: Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy, Saxenda and more — doses, next-dose date and reminders.
• Bad habits: count down until you reach zero.

Daily health score
One number out of 100 that sums up your day, with streaks, shields, badges, levels and rewards you set for yourself.

AI Coach
Ask "how's today going?" and get the full picture: what you ate and what's left, which dose is still pending, how you slept and where your weight is heading — with practical next steps. Ready with no setup, and reads answers aloud in a natural voice.

Apple Health
Connect it (optional) to pull weight and body fat from your smart scale, and heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and activity from your watch — read-only, and anything you logged yourself is never overwritten. With your consent it is kept in your account so you find it on your other devices.

Apple Watch (Pro)
Water with a tap, today's doses, meals from your list, voice logging with a confirmation screen, and asking the coach and hearing the answer from your wrist.

Your account on all your devices
Sign in with your Apple account, your Google account or a code sent to your email — no password — and your profile and subscription follow you to your iPhone, iPad and the website: three devices per account, and the watch doesn't count. On a new device, "We found your data" restores everything with one tap.

Privacy
No tracking, no ads. Your health data lives on your device, and once you are set up every tracking feature works from it with no connection at all. You start with a short tour over sample data that is never saved, then sign in, then set it up with a few short questions if your account is new. Nothing is uploaded until you explicitly consent — a consent that names health data — and then it is kept in your account, encrypted on our servers and opened only for your devices; you may refuse and keep it on your device only. We never sell your data or share it for advertising. You can delete your account and everything we hold from inside the app at any time. Smart features are optional and pass through our relay without being stored — except a coach reply you choose to report, which is kept up to 90 days for review.

Guidance in the app is for self-tracking and is not a substitute for medical advice.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.7 — 2026-10-27

Version 2.0.7 — improvements:

• A new Nutrition page: "Food" and "Supplements", with the "Add with AI" button below them for food and supplements (one, two or three photos, with or without a note), then everything you had today.
• Supplements now live in Nutrition: a tick and a cross for each scheduled time, "+" for the others each time you take one, and their nutrition counts in your day.
• Your free daily allowance: 5 AI adds for food and supplements, by photo or text (up to 3 photos each).
• A food whose values were read from a photo of its label shows "From label" in "Foods you added", and the review leaves its values alone unless you edit them yourself.
• In your health score, "Nutrition" now replaces "Protein": it combines calories, protein, fiber, fat and carbs, and its tile names the part furthest behind or says "All met". From this update on; past days stay as they were.
• "Not taking it today" on a supplement and "Not doing it today" on an exercise no longer count as achievements: from this update on, they don't raise your health score or streak, or make the day an "Achievement day".
• A new "Total sugars" tile alongside "Added sugar" in "Today's summary": all of today's sugar and how much of it was added, with a 90 g reference; you can add "My doctor's limit" in your "Health profile".
• "Not doing it" for a single set: only the sets you did count, in your health score and your calories, and a skipped set shows "Not done"; the tick button for the next set now stays inside the exercise card on every phone.
• Today's exercises are always in order: resistance, then cardio, then stretching, and a short warm-up (up to 10 minutes) can come first; what you drag by hand stays where you put it.
• A page that hits a problem now tries to come back on its own — shown again quietly, or the app reloads once — instead of showing "This page hit a problem"; that page and its buttons appear only if the problem repeats or the page has an edit you haven't saved.
• The bell now shows coach alerts that used to go missing from it, including after your data was restored, and tells you when the coach is reviewing your day.
• If the bell hits a problem loading your alerts, it no longer says "Nothing right now": it shows what it loaded last and quietly tries again each time you open it.
• After an automatic restore from your backup, a card in "Settings → Your data" shows the date of the backup your data came back from, and stays until you tap "Got it".
• On iPad in portrait (up to 11-inch) and with your phone turned sideways: content sits in a tidy centred column instead of stretching across the screen, the top and bottom bars no longer hide under the camera at the edge, and the voice button returns to its corner when you turn the device.
• The "All sections" panel now sits above the bottom bar and the voice button, so they no longer cover its last tiles; if it's taller than the screen, it scrolls.
• Arrange your sections: press and hold any icon in "All sections" and drag it (or use the arrows). Your first three appear in the bottom bar, and the order follows you on all your devices.
• Each message in the coach chat now reads in the direction of the language most of it is in, not the app's: English from the left, Arabic from the right, so the words no longer flip when a message mixes the two.

### 2.0.6 — 2026-10-15

Version 2.0.6 — improvements:

• A first-run tour shows you the app with sample data before you sign in.
• Floating "Save" and "Cancel" buttons appear when you change something; leaving before you save asks "Save your changes?"
• Long pages fold into sections, with your day's tasks on top.
• "My sports & equipment" is one section inside "Workout settings".
• Stretching follows your day: a warm-up before and stretches after for that day's muscles, and an optional calm 10–15 minute session on rest days.
• Log water from a notification or the card and the reminder clears; the next water reminder is timed from that moment.
• No workout reminder once today's workout is done, or while workouts are paused.
• Fixes to the Lock Screen "Today" card: the water number stays in step with what you log.
• "Bodyweight": ≈ your share by exercise and position, "+ Added weight" or "− Assistance".
• Milk's own sugar no longer counts as added sugar: in flavoured or sweetened milk, yoghurt and laban, only the sugar above the milk's own is counted.
• The review of "Foods you added" reads the product photo you took before its name: "no added sugar" on the pack and the label's numbers are used.
• Items checked before are checked once more, and any difference shows as a suggestion you accept or keep — nothing changes without your tap.
• Coach replies appear as they're written; if your message wasn't logged you're told why, and "Resend" appears if a reply fails.
• An exercise you mention in the coach chat gets a confirm button and is logged only when you tap it.
• Nutrient icons in fitting colours; at 80% of a limit (like sugar or sodium) the icon shakes once: "Close to your limit".
• Cholesterol has a limit only for a heart condition, high cholesterol or diabetes in your "Health profile"; saturated fat is up to 10% of your day's calories (7% for heart or cholesterol).
• Coach alerts get "Not useful" and "Don't alert me about this"; urgent ones are never silenced.
• The Apple Watch app is now part of Pro.
• Clearer text in light and dark mode, larger buttons, and the voice button no longer covers the end of a page.
• "Today" on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island: calories left — or, while you fast, your fast's countdown instead — water as a percentage with a quick-add button, and "Add by voice".
• An "Add by voice" control for Control Center, the Lock Screen and the Action button (iOS 18 and later).
• Smarter coach alerts: a drink is "drank", not "ate"; no dose alert unless a dose is an hour late; nothing said today is repeated; and while you fast, you get fast-friendly drink tips.
• An hour before your fast ends, the coach suggests a meal to break it (Pro).
• Exercise explainers are short clips (15 s to 3 min), in the app's language first.
• The training specialist follows your current routine, asks before adding a second exercise for the same muscle, checks your activity level after each change, and puts an "Undo" button under each change.
• More free each day: 5 coach questions, 8 commands, 15 voice dictations and 3 meal photos (up to 3 photos each).

Version 2.0.5 — improvements: "Foods you added" is reviewed when you open it — nothing changes without your tap — with a "Checked" mark; "no added sugar" counts as zero added sugar; the shield log in "Rewards" is folded.

Version 2.0.4 — fixes: the app icon number, sync stability with automatic retries, a "Save" button for edits, notices in the bell that open their page, and "Replace the cloud with this device" says how many days remain.

Version 2.0 — one account across all your devices.

• On a new device, "We found your data" shows how many records and when they were last updated, and restores them with one tap.
• "Start over" is now safe: your copy is hidden for thirty days and you can undo, and it happens only after you see the count, type "Delete" and confirm you own the device.
• "My personal report" now shows weight loss with its correct sign instead of zero.

### 2.0.5 — 2026-10-01

Version 2.0.5 — improvements:

• "Foods you added" is reviewed smartly when you open it: a missing value is filled in by itself, and a different number is shown under the item for you to accept or keep with one tap — nothing changes without your tap — and reviewed items carry a "Checked" mark.
• When you photograph your food or look it up by name or voice, anything labelled "no added sugar" counts as zero added sugar.
• The shield log in "Rewards" is folded and opens with a tap: shields earned in green, shields spent in red.

Version 2.0.4 — fixes:

• The number on the app icon now rises with every notification that arrives while the app is closed, reminder or message alike.
• Sync stability: a rare failure when a sync started from an open page no longer stops the cycle.
• Editing a water amount (or any row you logged) now saves with a "Save" button, accepts Arabic digits, and tells you if it could not be saved.
• Anything from your account that could not be saved on this device is retried automatically until it is, and the red notice in Settings clears by itself.
• Tapping a notice in the bell opens its page, marks it read, and updates the number right away.
• "Replace the cloud with this device" tells you how many days remain when it is too early.

Version 2.0 — one account across all your devices.

• Sign in with your Apple account, your Google account or a 6-digit code sent to your email — on iPhone, iPad and the website, with no password and no codes to keep.
• All your data lives in your account — including Apple Health data, with your consent — so you find it on any device you sign in on: one record per kind per day, so weight never duplicates and water never doubles.
• On a new device, "We found your data" shows how many records and when they were last updated, and restores them with one tap.
• "Start over" is now safe: your copy is hidden for thirty days and you can undo, and it happens only after you see the count, type "Delete" and confirm you own the device.
• Three devices per account (the watch doesn't count); on a fourth, you remove an old device yourself and carry on.
• One clear consent that says what is saved to your account and what stays on your device — and you may refuse to keep everything on your device.
• What you log on one device reaches your others within seconds.
• The doctor's report now shows weight loss with its correct sign instead of zero.
• Sync status is one plain sentence, with no technical codes.
