This app consumes more of your time trying to get it to work than it does providing a healthcare gateway to your provider. It’s hit and miss. Terrible.

If you care about your patients, then you’d fix this app. Nobody can get it working… complete waste of time on EVERYBODY’s part.

Horrible app constantly logs me out and makes me create a new account all the time. You call them for help and there useless saying they cannot help me an to ask my doctor. My doctor has plenty going on an doesn't have time to muck around with this app. I need to see my test results all the time an I can’t. U spend hours just trying to log in every single time. DO NOT RECOMMEND ITS A WASTE OF TIME! fix your app stop making it so hard to log in for god sake.

How are we supposed to know what to enter in this field on login. Aero Patient 2 dod not have this field … mind you, I’m getting server error on that too.

What a waste of time. Setting the whole thing up took so many codes, then to finally get it going to login it keeps saying server error try again later . 
No matter what I’ve tried it won’t work . Easier just to call in and wait an hour on hold with office then use this stupid app

The app keeps loading and loading, for days without letting you log in. Don’t waste your time with the app. Their website also sucks, glitches constantly.

It’s not ideal, but does the job. If you have issues with app logging you out - delete it and reinstall. 

2devs. Logging out by the pressing back button and without confirmation is worst idea ever. There might be a place down under reserved for your UI designer.
