### 3/5 — Does the job but kinda of janky

*2026-05-17*

I used this app to import historical nutrition data from Garmin Connect+, which doesn’t yet sync to Apple Health. It worked, but the search UI for importing fields is really janky. It showed two scrollable views, and the scrolling was not smooth. Additionally, the price of this app is kind of outrageous. $4.99 per week ($20/month) for pay as you go, and $50 for a lifetime subscription? That’s wild. A $5 one time purchase would have been reasonable, $50 is not.

### 4/5 — Helped me migrate data from FitBit

*2026-01-05*

I replaced a FitBit with an Apple Watch and had been wanting to migrate my data. I wanted to use the data from Google Takeout rather than one of the apps which connects to FitBit so I needed something that would import local data to Apple Health. Happened to find this doing a few searches and it’s worked perfectly. Only real hiccup is getting data formatted correctly since they export it as a huge number of CSVs so that took some time to figure out. I wish you could import multiple CSVs at once but otherwise the app does exactly what it says.

### 2/5 — Interessantes Konzept, leider kaum kostenlose Möglichkeiten

*2025-12-27*

### 1/5 — Practically Worthless with a Subscription

*2025-11-23, version 2.2.1*

I had a body scan export file from a .csv to import.

Unfortunately this app requires a subscription to anything besides weight. What's extremely frustrating is you can't even see what it "could" import from your file without paying.

Also, the subscription prices are absolutely outrageous, and the one time purchase is 50$.

### 1/5 — 1 star.

*2025-11-16, version 2.2.1*

I can’t even get it to do an import. Immediately crashes (iPhone 17 pro max, iOS 26). In addition to that I was trying to use it as a workaround to import my labs into apple heath, since the private lab I go to doesn’t have an app or direct integration with apple heath like laborp and quest diagnostics do. I spent a bunch of time researching the correct data types for all
My labs, I made the CSV and then tried to import it. First thing I noticed was that only about 8 of the 40+ entries I added to the CSV were recognized by the import tool. I tried then to “match” them to the correct values within the app, however it didn’t work, because this app doesn’t have many choices in the labs category. It’s a great idea, but since the app doesn’t work, I have to rate it 0 stars. Especially since I had to spend $19.99 only to realize that the app doesn’t work. I’ll be requesting a refund.

### 1/5 — not working

*2025-11-12, version 2.2.1*

Takes me hours and not working at all

### 1/5 — Errrr no

*2025-11-09*

Successfully transferred health data? Except weight was 32000 kg? Don’t think so. Deleted straight away.

**Developer response:** Hi there—sorry you ran into an issue. Thousands of users have imported their weight data without a problem, so what’s more likely is that headers were mislabeled or the units specified for this column were incorrect. If you want to reach out, I’m more than happy to help get your data imported. Just send me an email at support@lionheartsw.com.

Best,
Dan

### 1/5 — Too expensive

*2025-10-04, version 2.2.1*

Too expensive

### 3/5 — Works, but not perfect!

*2025-09-12, version 2.1.17*

I was able to import my data but only after buying the paid version. I was unable to use the feee version. It works but not very intuitive user interface.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2025-06-30*

It is undoubtably clear why this app does nothing until you pay for it. Once they’ve got your money then they let you into the continually crashing app. When it doesn’t crash it just states “error occurred” you click “more detail” and you get “error”. It runs round in loops with the “skip error row” it’s just an utter mess of an application. Don’t download it.

**Developer response:** Hi there, importing weight is free if you just want to test the app before purchase. Regarding the crash and errors, I’m sorry you ran into these issues, but given the nature of unstructured third party data, sometimes unexpected issues crop up. I’m always available over email for support for absolutely anything. If you’d like to address this issue and get the app working for you I’d be more happy to help—just send a note to support@lionheartsw.com.

### 2/5 — Missing a lot of measurements

*2025-06-24*

Using FitDays scale that measures and records a lot of things that you skip, such as total body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, bone mass, muscle mass, and quite a few more. Very frustrating

However it did bring about 25% of the data across, so far .. haven’t verified it in the imported application

It was very nice not to manually input and fat finger over 1000 data elements

### 1/5 — How can you advertise something you do not offer?

*2025-06-15, version 2.1.13*

You state that you provide the categories for mindfulness, menstrual cycle tracking, etc…where is the cycle tracking, my boy? Thanks for making me feel less seen in this patriarchal world than I already did.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Works but Expensive and Limited

*2026-08-09*

Needing to prepare all the date via scripts with semi useful documentation and import functionality is not pleasant at all. Making this a subscription feels not right. I‘d rather have donated for good work then pay with a subscription for acceptable work that rectifies itself trough its own monopoly.

### 1/5 — Free version does nothing, sub model is rediculous.

*2026-06-05*

So, either have a paid version or a free version, or have a free version with some limited funcionality.

This app does NOTHING without a very high priced subscription.

Save your time, skip the download.

### 1/5 — Import von csv Daten

*2026-04-11*

### 1/5 — unable to import

*2026-03-08, version 2.2.3*

unable to import

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work as advertised

*2026-02-16, version 2.2.3*

I paid for premium to import HRV data from Whoop, but HRV is not one of the options available to import despite the website stating it is. Same for heart rate data.

### 1/5 — No reproductive label

*2026-02-12*

I wanted it for only bringing my Flo data to health. It has labels like UV index and biotin and caffine but something as basic as a reproductive health? Missing!!

### 1/5 — Funktioniert überhaupt nicht

*2026-01-22*

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-12-24, version 2.2.2*

I tried to upload a cycle tracking csv and more than 5 versions of the data and none of them worked. Upset I paid for this.

### 1/5 — Misleading and not worth the money.

*2025-12-04*

The app advertises support for “120+ data types” and “cycle tracking,” but none of the menstrual health categories are actually available to import once you pay. You’re forced to subscribe before you can even test basic features, and then discover it doesn’t offer what the screenshots and description promise. Way too expensive for an importer that can’t import the very data it claims to support. Felt like false advertising, wish I hadn’t paid for it.

**Developer response:** Hi there—I'm sorry you ran into issues, but if you check out the guide which is linked in the app, there are multiple working examples for how to import cycle tracking data. If you had emailed I would have been happy to walk you through this as well. Hundreds of users have successfully imported menstrual tracking data. Always available in the future to help others—just send a note to support@lionheartsw.com.

Best,
Dan

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent. Free version met my needs.

*2026-05-26*

I wanted to import weight data to Apple Health from FitBit (via Google Takeout) and an old manual CSV file in Apple OneDrive. This app made it so fast and easy, I was happily shocked.

Clean, simple, intuitive app design and interface. I followed the in-app “Help” instructions to format my CSV file before importing. Then the app imported my 1,000+ data points to Apple Health in under 10 seconds. My quick spot-check in Apple Health verified the data was all there and all accurate. Done.

How rare to want to tip the creators of a free app! Met my needs exactly.

### 5/5 — Macht genau, was es soll.

*2026-05-03*

Vielen Dank!

### 5/5 — Works well

*2026-04-15*

Needed to rescue some weight data when apple health stopped talking to a third party program. Simple to use. Saved my (fat) butt!

### 5/5 — Nice

*2026-02-01, version 2.2.3*

Does what it says!

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2025-12-01*

I was trying to find an app to import my CGM data from Libre and this works perfectly. I was also able to import other data from another data source by mapping columns manually. Awesome job on this app!

**Developer response:** So happy to hear this! Thanks so much for the kind review. :)

### 5/5 — Finally something that works!

*2025-11-04*

Used PowerSync to sync my Fitbit data to the Health app for years. Then one day it just stopped working and I received no response from them when trying to get help. Tried using several apps to sync my data with no luck - nothing worked. Finally found Health CSV Importer and after some trial and error, I was FINALLY able to import my data. I had to edit the CSV exported from Fitbit as the first row (an unnecessary descriptor) prevented the import. Once I deleted the first row, import went without a hitch! It should not have taken all that, these sync apps are old and don’t work and should be removed from the store. Glad I finally found something that worked and I got my data moved. Thank you!

**Developer response:** You are so welcome! Thank you so much for the kind review!

### 5/5 — Great support had issues and they fixed it in 36 hours

*2025-10-02, version 2.2.1*

Work great to import all data from the higi app

### 5/5 — Excellent customer support!

*2025-05-26, version 2.1.10*

This app has excellent customer support, the best I have seen. And the app works well!

### 5/5 — Impressive

*2025-05-17*

I’m not often impressed by iOS apps that are made for a single function because they hardly do what I was truly looking for, but not only does this work right as advertised, y’all made this user friendly with the ability to map headers and have the app remember what was mapped for future imports of the same data. Thank you! Worth every penny!

### 5/5 — Brilliant, and such a relief!

*2025-03-27, version 2.1.2*

This tool is so easy to use and thank you for the free version which was all I require. After I’d spent hours trying to import into Withings without success (something buggy), finding and using this app to import to Health was amazing, just when I was thinking I’d have to add my records manually! Works like a dream
