## What is Health Data CSV & GPX?

Apple Health's only export is a giant archive that ordinary tools cannot open. There is no spreadsheet, and no GPS file for your workouts.

Health Export writes a CSV of your samples and a GPX of your workout routes — on this iPhone. Nothing is uploaded. There is no account.

No ads. No subscription. Pay once.

• SPREADSHEET — heart rate, steps, energy, distance, weight and sleep, as raw samples or daily totals. Opens in any spreadsheet.
• GPS TRACKS — workout routes as standard GPX you can open in a map app.
• PRIVATE — read-only Health access. Data is never used for ads, never shared with a third party, and never written to iCloud by this app.
• HONEST LIMITS — the free version covers the last 7 days. Unlock Unlimited for your full history.

Tap Export Spreadsheet or Export GPS Tracks. The file is ready to share.
