## What is Health Export?

Health Export saves your Apple Health data as files you own.

Pick a folder in the Files app, choose JSON Lines or CSV, and export. You get one file per data type, ready for a spreadsheet, a script or your own archive.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
• Every quantity and category type Apple Health offers — steps, heart rate, HRV, sleep, weight, nutrition, blood pressure, glucose, cycle tracking, symptoms and more
• Workouts with events, activity segments, statistics and GPS routes
• Heartbeat series, ECG recordings and audiograms
• State of Mind entries and GAD-7 / PHQ-9 assessments
• Activity ring summaries and your characteristics (date of birth, sex, blood type)
• Source app, device and metadata for every record

OPTIONS
• JSON Lines — one record per line with every detail
• CSV — common fields as columns, nested details as JSON
• Range — all time, or the last year, 90, 30 or 7 days
• Changes only — adds what was added or deleted since your last all-time export to the same files, so the folder always holds one complete export

FREE AND PRO
Exports of the last 7 or 30 days are free. Health Export Pro is a one-time purchase — no subscription — that unlocks the last 90 days, the last year, all time and Changes only.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no analytics, no network connections. The app only reads the data you allow and writes it to the folder you choose. It never writes to Apple Health.

A manifest lists every file and how many records it holds, so you can check the export at a glance.

## Pricing and in-app purchases
