For example, Apple Watch captures when I’m swimming, the distance, pace and stroke. It knows when I’m resting and when I’m swimming. It also captures my heart rate the entire time. I wanted to get all the activity data from Apple Health captured by my watch so I can do my own analysis. None of that data is available for export. Probably useful to others, but not me.
