Not surprising what does the government do well other than squander our money! ### 4/5 — Working ok for me *2026-03-13, version 2.5.0* Was able to use the BC Services card app to log in. My lifetime history of prescribed medications and immunizations are listed. My recent lab results were updated and viewable here via summary or a PDF link of the actual document. Seems to have been improved since some of the reviews from a few years ago ### 1/5 — Not what I was expecting *2026-01-24, version 2.4.1* It was advertised as being an app where I could see results/reports etc. This is not the case. As others mention, it’s simply a date of service and prescription medications filled. No lab results or diagnostic test reports available at all. Where I can, I’ll go to LifeLabs so I can actually see my results. ### 1/5 — What do I get from this? *2026-01-10, version 2.4.1* I was expecting to see records, results, doctors notes. All I see is the list of past appointments that were billed but nothing else. You need to open PDFs to see details. The LifeLabs online MyCareCompass is a better tools for reviewing results and lets you see trends over time. The Health Gateway login process is terrible. Even with the BC Services Card app on the very same phone, it takes TEN TAPS of redirections and confirmations to log in.
