Additional good/bad indicators would be useful. For example, my breathing disturbances significantly down this year and lower than my age group. A simple good/bad or similar indicator would be helpful. Not all metrics are good above the average population and vice-versa. ### 2/5 — Useless to me *2026-08-16, version 5.1* What a waste of money. I get there needs to be a premium tier, but this is off the mark in terms of how much info you get “for free”and does not give enough access to other data sets to make me see how beneficial the app actually js given we are also contributing to the data as users. Deleted. **Developer response:** Hello, I'm sorry to hear you've not had a positive experience with the app. The app does offer a completely free experience for users to explore Steps, Resting HR and Cardio Fitness. For full app access it also does offer a free trial if you do want to try access to every feature. Generally I'd hoped the app hit the mark better as it never forces you into a subscription and gives you a large flavour of what the rest of the app is like for free, and that before the free trial. It presents complex health metrics in clear graphs and correlations, making it much easier to understand trends in sleep, heart rate, HRV and other data. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the insights you can gain from comparing different metrics are genuinely useful. If you enjoy analysing your health data in more depth, this app adds a lot of value beyond the standard Apple Health dashboard.
