This is not fixed by closing the app and reopening ### 1/5 — New app *2026-04-26, version 1.26.0414* This new app doesn’t work in Louisiana ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-04-22* I’m giving it one star because as someone, especially who is blind myself and rely on accessibility, I tested the app and found out that it’s not accessible. Honestly the worst app ever Issue and difficulty: drag and drop down is not going to work for me to select my state. The best solution is to provide the dropdown menu that is easy to select the states. Example accessible alternative: comboboxes are better. The website won’t load when I log in and says their webpage is basically broken. I tried the app and it won’t let me log in either, as soon as it puts my username in it says I have to contact an administrator or use their website. Which doesn’t work. It’s a never ending loop of entering my password to get that verification out of my email and it just keeps going back-and-forth back-and-forth.
