HMA® Mobile Description The HMA® Debit Card is the ultimate medical savings account available and will help our customers be able to increase their primary health insurance plan deductibles to save up to 40% or more on their monthly health insurance premiums because the HMA® awards our card holders an average of $2 in medical benefits for every $1 contributed into their HMA®.As the program progresses, our card holders can receive up to $3 or more for every $1 contributed. How It Works The HMA® Debit Card is swiped at the point of service to pay for the vast majority of our cardholders' 213(d) medical expenses up to our cardholders' HMA® account balance at the time of the service and can be used by either individuals or families. But trying to get help on either their website, their app, or their phone is ridiculous. Customer service is a joke!
